- Men seem to loose more weight and faster then women do
 - It cost more money $$$ to eat right then to eat fast food and other stuff!
 - You pay way too much attention to food commercials on tv
 - You find yourself looking to see what other people are eating
 - Most of your extracurricular reading is nutrition labels and recipes deciding if this is something you can in fact eat
 - You loath your scale
 - Wonder if in fact you will ever get back into the jeans you use to fit in who knows how long ago
 - Read stories about how people lost 100 plus pounds (side not each story they go on an on about how it was easy to do)
 - Start to potential fall for the diet and exercise commercials on tv
 - Drink way more water
 - look for reasons to occupy time
 - You find your self in store or aisles of the food store you never knew existed like a safari in the food store
 
Here is what I ate today:
- Breakfast oatmeal, drinkable yogurt and a glass of orange juice
 - Lunch tuna salad with tomatoes and cucumbers
 - afternoon snack orange
 - second afternoon snack blackberries and then a little after hot peppers
 - Dinner 1 glass wine (first one of the week) lasagna salad and cup of cantaloupe for dessert
