Made it through the Friday temptations!

These temptations including a chocolate cake called the bomb and bagels (a huge weakness of mine!).

Instead this is what I ate today:
  • Breakfast: drinkable yogurt, bran cereal with skim milk and orange juice
  • Morning snack: blackberries and piece of lite baby bell cheese
  • Lunch: vegetable sandwich
  • Afternoon snack: 15 low fat cheese its and an apple
  • Dinner: Seared sesame tuna with orange ginger glaze over rice with steamed Asian vegetables
